Terms and Conditions

By visiting our website, using our Client Portal, or interacting with an automated system operated by Nexora Automations (calling or texting a connected phone number), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use these services.

Nexora Automations builds and operates AI receptionist, missed-call recovery, and appointment-scheduling automation for home-service contractors ("Clients"). Our systems answer and transcribe calls, send follow-up text messages, and book appointments against a Client's real calendar availability. Figures shown in the Client Portal — including estimated revenue and hours saved — are estimates for illustration and are not guarantees.

You must be at least 18 years old to enter a services agreement with us or to opt in to our SMS messaging program. Our Client Portal is intended for the business owners and staff of our Clients.

You agree not to:

• Use our website or Portal for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to access another Client's data, calls, or leads.
• Interfere with, reverse-engineer, or overload our systems.
• Use our AI receptionist to place calls or texts you are not authorized to send.

Portal access is provided to our Clients as part of an active services agreement. Client Portal data — call recordings, transcripts, leads, and appointments — belongs to the Client it was generated for. We may suspend Portal access if an account is delinquent, suspected of misuse, or as otherwise described in a Client's services agreement with us.

The Nexora Automations name, logo, website, and Portal software are our property or licensed to us. Nothing in these terms grants you rights to our trademarks or software beyond using the Portal as intended for your business.

Our AI receptionist is designed to hand emergencies and anything it cannot confidently resolve to a real person, but no automated system is error-free. Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nexora Automations is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our website, Portal, or automated calling and texting systems, including missed or misrouted calls or messages.

This section is the Campaign Terms and Conditions for the Nexora Automations SMS text messaging program, referenced from our Privacy Policy. It applies to anyone who opts in to receive text messages from a phone number connected to our system, whether by submitting a phone number through a Client's website, giving a phone number to a Client's business, or texting in to a connected number.

Program description

The program sends transactional text messages related to a specific business interaction — for example: a follow-up text after a missed call, confirmation of an appointment you booked by phone or text, a reminder ahead of a scheduled appointment, or a reply to a question you texted in. This is not a general marketing or promotional messaging list.

How you opt in

You are opted in when you call or text a phone number connected to our system, or submit your phone number through a participating business's website or intake form, and agree to receive messages related to that interaction.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your own activity — typically one to a few messages per interaction (for example, a missed-call text-back plus an appointment confirmation). We do not send recurring, unrelated marketing texts through this program.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Charges from your wireless carrier depend on your plan.

Opt-out and help

Reply STOP to any message to cancel at any time; you will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at hello@nexoraautomations.com.

Carriers

Supported carriers include major U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No sharing for third-party marketing

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or opt-in status with third parties for their own marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for the full detail on how your information is used and protected.

We may suspend or terminate access to the website or Portal for violation of these terms. Clients' services continue under the terms of their separate services agreement with us.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Nexora Automations is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the revised terms here with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after a change means you accept the revised terms.
